Christmas Auction 2008
This years auction was a huge success thanks to all the efforts of the basket committee, those getting items for the auction and all of you who participated by buying items or just bidding up your friends. We are a very fortunate organization for sure, as all of the other holiday auctions in the area were down this year we continued to push the limits and raise more money this year than ever before.
A big thanks to Kenny and Kathy for the donation of their faces for the pie throw. This has been the traditional last item of the auction and as one who has been there before its nice to see that their heads are still attached after getting the pie in the face. |

Christmas Baskets:
Every year we hold our Christmas Auction. It has been a very successful event for 93 years and we have used the money to purchase food for those less fortunate. The weekend before Christmas we pack all the food into "baskets" and deliver them. Last year the value of the 288 baskets we delivered was $28,800. This is our largest charitable event. If you haven't participated in the event in the past, stay tuned for updates on committee meetings and dates and times for the auction, basket packing, and delivery.
